it'll take a LONG time to get that much of any stat but fk if you can do it you're basically invincible.
btw just realized that is for lv 27 or so because it is for = lvl enemies. therefor lower lvl enemies are more likely to miss / higher less likely, and you have to increase you Agl or EVA to maintain you Eva rate every time you lvl up. xP
